Magistrates' Courts Act 1980
10. Omit paragraphs 141 and 142 of Schedule 7 to the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980(1) (amendments of the Adoption Act 1976).

1980 c. 43; paragraph 141 amended section 66(2) of the Adoption Act 1976 (c. 36) and paragraph 142 amended the definition of “rules” in section 72(1) of that Act.
