2.—(1) The area comprising the three areas shown on the maps bounded externally by a black line and edged internally with a stippled band is hereby designated as an urban development area.
(2) In paragraph (1), “the maps” means the set of maps numbered 1 to 3 entitled “Maps referred to in the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 2004”, of which prints, signed by a Director in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and dated 4th May 2004, are deposited and available for inspection at the offices of the First Secretary of State and the offices of Government Office for the East Midlands, Northamptonshire County Council, South Northamptonshire Council, Daventry District Council and Northampton Borough Council.
