Section 115 of that Act shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (1) for the word “Minister” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.

In subsection (2) for the word “Minister” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.

In subsection (3) for the word “Minister”, in both places where it appears, there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.
