In section 84(3) of the Settled Land Act 1925 for the word “Minister” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.

Section 88 of that Act shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (1) for the word “Minister”, in both places where it appears, there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.

In subsection (3) for the word “Minister”, in both places where it appears, there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.

In subsection (4) for the word “Minister” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.
