Section 29 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (2)(a) for the words “appropriate Minister” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.

In subsection (3) for the words “appropriate Minister”, in both places where they appear, there shall be substituted “Secretary of State”.
