Citation, commencement and interpretation
2. In this Order—
“the Act” means the Terrorism Act 2000;
“terrorist investigation” has the same meaning as in section 32 of the Act,
and the references to Schedule 7 and section 41 are references to that Schedule to, and that section of, the Act.
