1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Mink Keeping (England) Order 2000, shall extend to England and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is approved by resolution of each House of Parliament or on 1st January 2001, whichever is the later.
(2) This Order shall cease to have effect on 1st January 2004.
