(1)The Commissioners shall cause such accounts to be kept as may be required for the due performance and discharge of their functions.
(2)The accounts of the Commissioners shall in every year be audited F1..., and the auditor’s report thereon shall for the purposes of the next succeeding section be deemed to form part of the accounts.
