2 Representation of the Channel Islands in the House of Laity.U.K.
Provided that a [F1Deanery Synod] is in being and the provisions of sections three, four and five of this Measure are complied with, each Island shall be entitled to have one representative in the House of Laity, and shall be a separate electoral area for that purpose.
