A measure passed by the National Assembly of the Church of England. To provide for the representation of the Channel Islands in the House of Laity and in the Diocesan Conference of the Diocese of Winchester.

C1Whereas theChannel Islands are perpetually annexed and united to the Diocese of Winchester and have no direct representation in the House of Laity or in the Diocesan Conference of the Diocese of Winchester, and it is expedient that they should have such direct representation, and that the procedure for effecting the same should be adapted to the special conditions prevailing in those islands:C2C3
