The Diocesan Dilapidations Board may delegate to a Committee of its number the exercise of any of the powers or duties assigned to it by this Measure.

The Central Authority may delegate to a Committee of their number or to their Secretary and Treasurer any of the powers or duties assigned to them by this Measure.
