The Church Dignitaries (Retirement) Measure, 1949. 14 & 15 Geo. 6 No. 2,In section three, for paragraph (a) of subsection (1) there shall be substituted the following paragraph :— a shall be entitled to receive a pension under the Clergy Pensions Measure, 1961, at the rate specified in Part I of the First Schedule to that Measure if he has attained the retiring age within the meaning of that Measure or, if he has not attained that age, a pension at the rate specified in Part II of that Schedule; and subsection (2) of that section shall cease to have effect.,
