In this Measure—

• “abuse” has the meaning given in section 4;

• “appropriate authority” has the meaning given in section 21;

• “redress body” has the meaning given in section 2;

• “redress fund” has the meaning given in section 19;

• “redress payment” has the meaning given in section 12.
