The Ecclesiastical Offices (Age Limits) Measure 1975 is amended as follows.

In section 3 (continuing in office after retirement age), in subsection (1)(b), omit “provost,”.

In section 6 (interpretation), in the definition of “incumbent”, omit “or provost”.

In the Schedule (relevant offices), omit “or provost”.
