In section 8 of the Patronage (Benefices) Measure 1986 (declaration of membership), in subsection (7), for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

the Chapter of the cathedral of the diocese or, in the case of the cathedral church of Christ in Oxford, the dean and canons;”.
