In section 10(2) of the Sharing of Church Buildings Act 1969 (cathedrals), for “The dean or provost and chapter of such a cathedral” substitute “ The Chapter of such a cathedral or, in the case of the cathedral church of Christ in Oxford, the dean and canons ”.
