SCHEDULE 2DBE: governance

The DBE for a diocese may regulate its own procedure and the procedure and membership of any committee or sub-committee (as the case may be), subject to—
(a)
the provisions of this Measure,
(b)
the provisions of the scheme under section 3 which provides for the designation of a body as the DBE, and
(c)
the provisions of the designated body's governing instrument or, where the Board of Finance is the designated body, such provisions as may be made by the Board by virtue of paragraph 3(5) of Schedule 1.
