the Church of England Pensions Scheme (“the past service scheme”);

the Church Workers Pension Fund (“the workers' fund”);

the Church Administrators Pension Fund (“the administrators' fund”);

Every person who, immediately before the commencement of this section, was a member of a pension scheme referred to in subsection (1) continues to be a member of that scheme.

There is to continue to be a body corporate known as the Church of England Pensions Board (“the Board”).
