Section 10 of the Marriage Act 1949 (publication of banns commenced in one church and completed in another) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “the Union of Benefices Measure 1923 or the New Parishes Measure 1943” substitute “ the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011 ”.

In subsection (2), for “the Reorganisation Areas Measure 1944” substitute “ the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011 ”.
