40(1)In Schedule 4 to the Commons Registration (England) Regulations 2014 (S.I. 2014/3038), the table following paragraph 8 (applications under section 14 of the Commons Act 2006: statutory dispositions) is amended as follows.E
(2)Omit the entries for the New Parishes Measure 1943.
(3)At the end insert—
