Parsonages Measure Rules 2000

35 (1) Rule 13 (interpretation) is amended as follows.

(2) In the definition of “the Measure”, for “the Parsonages Measure 1938, as amended” substitute “the Church Property Measure 2018”.

(3) In the definition of “Parochial Church Council”, before “the Measure” insert “Part 1 of”.
