In section 15 (scheme to extend functions of Parsonages), in subsection (1)(b), for “the powers conferred by sections 1, 2 and 2A of the Parsonages Measure 1938” substitute “ one or more of the powers under sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Church Property Measure 2018 ”.
