12 E In section 61 of the Agriculture Act 1970 (leases to smallholdings authority), in subsection (3)(a), for the words from “if the transaction” to the end substitute “ under section 21 of the Church Property Measure 2018 if the transaction were carried out under Part 2 of that Measure ”.
