Casting vote for chairman on decision whether to grant or terminate legal aid E

4 E In rule 11 (determination of application for legal aid), after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A) Where the Commission's decision on an application for legal aid is tied, the chairman is to have a second, casting vote.”
