2In section 12A of that Measure (right of appeal against findings of provincial tribunal), in subsection (5), for the words from “in the same way” to the end substitute “in accordance with Part 3 of Schedule 1, with certain of the members of the Appeal Panels being appointed from the panels appointed in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 1.”
