Her Majesty in Council has jurisdiction to hear and determine an appeal from a judgment of the Arches Court of Canterbury or the Chancery Court of York in proceedings under section 14(1)(a) (appeals in faculty cases).

An appeal under this section may be brought by any party to the proceedings with the permission of Her Majesty in Council.
