The Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1963 is amended as follows.

In section 63 (the title to which becomes “ Fees payable in connection with proceedings under this Measure ”), for “the Ecclesiastical Fees Measure 1986” substitute “ section 86 of the Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and Care of Churches Measure 2018 ”.

In section 66(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “prescribed” for “section 26 of the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1991” substitute “ section 83 of the Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and Care of Churches Measure 2018 ”.
