In each of the following provisions, omit “made under section 26 of the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1991”—

in section 7 (treasure), subsection (5);
b
in section 24 (inventories), subsection (1);
c
in section 32(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “prescribed”.

“rules” means rules made under section 83 of the Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction and Care of Churches Measure 2018;
