Schedule 2 (scope of annual fee) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1 (professional services to be provided by the diocesan registrar), in sub-paragraph (10), before “the Measure” insert “ section 86 of ”.

In paragraph 4 (work not within scope), in each of sub-paragraphs (6) and (13), for the words from “Ecclesiastical Judges” to “the Measure” substitute “ the Order for the time being in force under subsection (3) of section 86 of the Measure to give effect to recommendations under subsection (2) of that section ”.

In sub-paragraph (12) of that paragraph, for “section 22 of the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1991” substitute “ section 92 of the Measure ”.
