In section 12 of the City of London (Guild Churches) Act 1952 (vicars), in subsection (10) (application of disciplinary provisions), for “and of the Incumbents (Vacation of Benefices) Measure 1977” substitute “ , of the Incumbents (Vacation of Benefices) Measure 1977 and of the Clergy Discipline Measure 2003 ”.
