The minor amendments to the Measure set out in the Schedule have effect.

Section 3 of the Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1963 is amended in accordance with subsections (3) to (6) below.

For subsection (2)(b) and (c) there is substituted the following paragraph—
b
for the purposes of proceedings on an appeal under section 20 of the Clergy Discipline Measure 2003, four shall be appointed in accordance with subsections (2) and (3) of that section;
