SCHEDULE 5The Churches Conservation Trust

Section 57(3)

The members of the Churches Conservation Trust shall hold office in accordance with the terms of their appointment, and any member shall, on ceasing to hold office, be eligible for reappointment.

The Trust may act notwithstanding any vacancy among its members.

The quorum of the Trust shall be three or such greater number as the Trust may determine, and the Trust may regulate its own procedure.
