4The right to and the amount of compensation payable under this Schedule shall be determined in the first instance by the mission and pastoral committee, but the person claiming the compensation (hereinafter called the claimant”) shall have a right of appeal to the Appeal Tribunal constituted under this Schedule for the relevant province.
