10EWhere a casual vacancy occurs among the members of the Commission appointed by the Archbishops of Canterbury and York under paragraph 2 above the Archbishops shall appoint [F1a person to fill the vacancy in accordance with that paragraph] and where a casual vacancy occurs among the members appointed by the Appointments Committee under paragraph 3 above the Committee may appoint a person to fill the vacancy.
