19In section 5(5) for the words “belongs to an ecclesiastical benefice” there shall be substituted the words “is vested in the incumbent of a benefice of the Church of England” and for the words “Church Commissioners” there shall be substituted the words “Diocesan Board of Finance for the diocese in which the land is situated”.
