2In section 107(5) of the Agriculture Act 1947 for the words from “belongs” to the end there shall be substituted the words “is vested in the incumbent of a benefice of the Church of England, a copy thereof shall be served on the Diocesan Board of Finance for the diocese in which the land is situated”.
