Any person in respect of whom a penalty of removal from office or revocation of a licence to serve in a diocese is imposed under this Measure and subsequently revoked on appeal shall be entitled to compensation, and the provisions of F1Schedule 4 to the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011 shall apply in relation to such a person as they apply to an incumbent of a benefice deemed to be vacated by virtue of F2section 39 of that Measure.
