9 Amendment of Incumbents (Vacation of Benefices) Measure 1977.
In Schedule 2 to the M1Incumbents (Vacation of Benefices) Measure 1977—
(a)
in paragraph 2(4) for the words “Church Commissioners” there shall be substituted the words “
Church of England Pensions Board
”
;
(b)
in paragraph 7 for the words from “agreed” to “and” there shall be substituted the words “
determined by
”
;
(c)
in paragraph 8(1) in the definition of “national minimum stipend” the words “Church Commissioners as the” shall be omitted.
