The enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 to this Measure shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in that Schedule, being minor amendments and amendments consequential on the provisions of this Measure.

The enactments mentioned in Schedule 4 to this Measure are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule (those mentioned in Part I of that Schedule being enactments which are no longer of practical utility).
