4EIn section 5 of the M1Church Commissioners Measure 1947 (constitution and functions of Board of Governors) in subsection (2) at the end there shall be inserted the words “ ; and for the purposes of this subsection a member may be elected to act as chairman in the Archbishop’s absence at any meeting to be held during the following period of twelve months. ”
