General provisions as to filling of vacancies U.K.

10 Disqualification for presentation. U.K.

Where the registered patron of a benefice or the representative of that patron, is a clerk in Holy Orders or is the [F1 spouse or civil partner] of such a clerk, that clerk shall be disqualified for presentation to that benefice.
