General provisions as to filling of vacancies
10 Disqualification for presentation.
Where the registered patron of a benefice or the representative of that patron, is a clerk in Holy Orders or is the F1spouse or civil partner of such a clerk, that clerk shall be disqualified for presentation to that benefice.
