1ENeither the chairman nor any other member of the Advisory Board for Redundant Churches shall be a member of the Board of Governors of the Church Commissioners or of any committee constituted by the M1Church Commissioners Measure 1947, as amended by the M2Church Commissioners Measure 1964, or appointed by the said Board of Governors, or of the pastoral committee of any diocese.
2EThe members of the Advisory Board for Redundant Churches shall hold office in accordance with the terms of their appointment and any member shall, on ceasing to hold office, be eligible for re-appointment.
3EThe Board may act notwithstanding a vacancy among its members.
4EThe quorum of the Board shall be three or such greater number as the Board may determine, and the Board shall regulate its own procedure.
