15 Transfer of certain books and records from one record office to another.

Where in consequence of the foundation of a new diocese or an alteration in the areas of dioceses any part of a diocese becomes part of another diocese, any register books or records belonging to parishes in that part which have been deposited in a diocesan record office may be transferred to the diocesan record office for that other diocese.

Where a diocesan record office is established for part of a diocese, any register books or records belonging to parishes in that part which have been deposited in another such office may be transferred to the office for that part.
