This Measure may be cited as the Sharing of Church Buildings Measure 1970.

This Measure shall extend to the Provinces of Canterbury and York except the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Section 2(1) and the third paragraph of section 3 of this Measure may be extended to the Isle of Man by an Act of Tynwald, subject to such exceptions, adaptations and modifications, if any, as may be specified in that or any subsequent Act of Tynwald.
