The Pluralities Act, 1838.
In section thirty-one, for the words “his chancellor or other competentjudge” there shall be substituted the words “
the bishop’s court
”
, and forthe words “such chancellor or other judge” and the words “the judge” thereshall be substituted the words “
the court
”
; and the words “before such orany other competent ecclesiastical judge” shall be omitted.
