1. This instrument may be cited as Amending Canon No. 34 (Appointed Day No. 1) Instrument 2016.
2. Paragraph 3 of Amending Canon No. 34, and the Canon C 30 inserted by it, shall come into force on 16th May 2016 so far as necessary for enabling the House of Bishops to make, amend or revoke Regulations under that Canon.
