The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the Clergy Discipline (Amendment) Measure 2013 F1, make the following instrument:
Textual Amendments
1. This Instrument may be cited as the Clergy Discipline (Amendment) Measure 2013 (Appointed Day No. 2) Instrument 2014.
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of those provisions of the Clergy Discipline (Amendment) Measure 2013 which have not previously been brought into force is 1st February 2014.

This Instrument brings into force, on 1st February 2014, all those provisions of the Clergy Discipline (Amendment) Measure 2013 which have not previously been brought into force. The Clergy Discipline Measure 2003, sections 3 and 7 of the Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1963, and section 10 of the Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1986.
