The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 112(3) of the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011 F1 , make the following Instrument:

Citation and interpretation E

1.—1 This instrument may be cited as the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011 (Appointed Day) Instrument 2012.

This Instrument may be cited as the Ecclesiastical Fees (Amendment) Measure 2011 (Appointed Day No.1) Instrument 2011.

2 In this Instrument "the Measure" means the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011.

Appointed day E

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of the Measure is 1st July 2012.

This Instrument brings into force, on 1st July 2012, the provisions of the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011.
