1. This Instrument may be cited as the Dioceses, Pastoral and Mission Measure 2007 (Appointed Day No. 4) Instrument 2010.
2. 1st January 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Dioceses, Pastoral and Mission Measure 2007 —
(a)section 12;
(b) section 17;
(c)section 65 so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 7 specified in paragraph (d);
(d)Schedule 7 so far as it relates to subsections (1)(b) and (6) of section 18 of the Dioceses Measure 1978 F1 and subsections (5) and (7) of that section so far as they have not already been repealed.
